The year 2020 is a pivotal year with a renewed Global drive towards avoidable blindness launched by the WHO and a World Health Assembly resolution. The GA will build on the success of the Global Action Plan and take us forward towards 2030. China is integral to the success of the GA2020. It is therefore of great importance that a consultation meeting for the planning and development of content and delivery at the GA, takes place in China.
